What is the weight capacity of your transfer lifts?
Our standard transfers have a 400-pound weight capacity, while our bariatric transfers feature a weight capacity of 600 pounds.
Where do you manufacture your spas? How long have you been in business?
Penner Bathing has been in the bathing system market since 1980 and we have manufactured our own line of spas since 2001. We manufacture our spas and run our family business from Aurora, Nebraska.
What if my spa door starts to leak?
With regular use, it’s common for spa doors to leak eventually, although this is a rare event with Penner Bathing spas. If your door begins to leak, call or email us and we will send a new seal the same day. Simply peel off the old seal and stick on the new — there should be no further issues.
How much do your spas cost?
Our healthcare spas range between $11,000 and $25,000, depending on the model and options you choose. Our Dream Spa Walk-In Bath, which is designed for home use, starts at $5,950.00. Compare and find we cost thousands less than most other walk-in baths on the market. Contact us for more info.
Will your bathing systems fit in our existing bathing room?
Most likely, yes. We have 38 different models including models with the door on the right, the left or at the end of the spa, as well as reclining, or recumbent, spas. We help you determine which model fits your space so that remodeling is never necessary.
